Kurt Larson has been representing personal injury clients as a Missouri lawyer for more than 30 years. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1992, and thereafter spent the summer working with trial attorneys at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D. C. Prior to law school, Kurt graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, receiving a BA in English.
Personal Injury Experience
Kurt has always practiced in Missouri, and has concentrated his practice in litigation. Before forming Larson Law Firm, Kurt spent seven years as a partner in a Missouri law firm that took a high volume of personal injury cases. There, Kurt gained valuable experience trying and settling cases primarily involving general personal injury litigation, products liability, premises cases and commercial vehicle crashes.
In 2001, Kurt started Larson Law Firm, located in Springfield, with the goal of serving clients whose cases demand the full and uncompromised attention of a solid Missouri trial attorney who is prepared to take their case to trial if the need arises.

Getting great results in court for our clients is an important measure of a lawyer’s success, but one of our proudest accomplishments is Safe and Sober. Founded by Kurt in 2004, the Safe and Sober program develops and delivers prevention education designed to discourage youth from experimenting with drugs and alcohol. Since its inception in 2004, this program has been embraced by schools and other organizations nationwide. As we enter our 21st year, we serve students at more than 500 participating Missouri schools and after-school programs annually, and schools have used the program in nearly all 50 states and other countries. By our last count, Safe and Sober prevention education has been made available to 1.4 million students since we started this effort.
In addition to Safe and Sober, Kurt spends time volunteering at and sponsoring a number of local and state organizations, including:

- Drury University
- The Ozark Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America
- The Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association
- The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys
