Kurt Larson has been representing personal injury clients as a Missouri lawyer for more than 30 years. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1992, and thereafter spent the summer working with trial attorneys at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D. C. Prior to law school, Kurt graduated from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, receiving a BA in English.

Brad received his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2012, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. While in law school, Brad was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif and the Missouri Law Review. He also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, noting the highest grade obtained for his work in a number of courses including Pretrial Litigation, Products Liability and The Criminal Prosecution Clinic. Prior to attending law school, he graduated magna cum laude from Missouri State University.
Brad is admitted to practice in all Missouri state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States District Court for the District of Kansas. Brad is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association.
Brad lives in Springfield with his wife Kelley and their three children. In his spare time, he loves spending time with his family, fishing, hunting and enjoying the outdoors.
CJ Moeller

CJ attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for both undergraduate and law school. He attained his Bachelors of Journalism in 1988 and his law degree in 1991. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Stanley Grimm on the Eastern District Court of Appeals.
After his clerkship, he began the practice of law in St. Louis and Springfield. In 2002, he began representing plaintiffs exclusively in personal injury cases. He practiced with Brad Bradshaw, JD, MD, LC and Eric Belk for more than 14 years, and for 7 years with David Ransin.
Over the years, CJ has tried more than two dozen jury trials throughout the state and has handled appeals to the Southern District and the Missouri Supreme Court.
When not working, CJ enjoys spending time with his wife Cheryl and their four children.
